Rather than thinking of our phones as 'small-screen laptops', are there new types of learning apps which fully exploit the personal, ubiquitous and message-centric nature of these amazing devices?
I would suggest that Personal Skill Management, Reflective Journalling and Learning Conversation Chatbots could be 3 such apps?
