We are pleased to announce a new 3D version of the Manage Unit Management Business Simulation which has been used to create award-winning business simulations games such as the SPAR Wars convenience store game.

Manage (3D) has been designed and developed in the powerful immersive Unity Game Engine and allows you to walk round inside the store and using a virtual iPad you can effortlessly execute the following store management functions :

  • Check and change your store priorities
  • Check and change departmental priorities
  • Review the latest external and internal news
  • Engage with other staff and shoppers who enter the store.

The calculation algorithms are identical to the 2D version of Manage and in the same way you can test your decisions by pushing large buttons on the wall of the virtual back office to see how good your judgements were before you submit your decisions for real each month.

There are 3 main areas of the store - a retail area, a tills area and a staff back office where you can check your detailed financial reports on a large wall screen.

For added realism there is also garage forecourt with cars driving past and at the end of each round the store view changes from daylight to evening for variety.

The simulation is designed to allow the key process and product areas to be customised along with all the supporting 3D scenery to support different retail screnarios.

If you click on the link you will see a short video which shows exactly what you will experience when you run the simulation.
