In this 90 minute Workshop, Participants will get the opportunity to massively improve their organizational collaboration skills in a scenario where “if one fails all fail!”.
Led by Collaboration Expert Ken Thompson, Attendees will get the chance to play our new Collaboration Simulation (CONSORTIUM) and develop their silo-busting skills as well as facing Business Acumen, Negotiation and Customer Engagement challenges.
