Key Functionality

Compete encourages healthy competition while highlighting the importance of collaboration. Teams can work together for mutual success, making this an exciting and educational experience that sharpens business acumen and strategic thinking. Participants will also gain practical insights into profit and loss management.

In a fast-paced environment, players make crucial decisions on pricing, strategy, management priorities, and market development. Each round demands quick thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to filter information effectively under the time pressure of this 2-3 hour simulation.

Teams choose a strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) at the start of the session. Following each round, they will evaluate their decisions to ensure alignment with their strategy and progress towards their KPIs.

This simulation serves as an excellent exercise in building high-performing teams and providing an introduction to "finance for non-financials".
