DILEMMA puts teams under pressure as they respond to operational and situational dilemmas as they run a fast-moving business unit in direct head-to-head competition for market share with up to 5 other competitors (the other teams). Each business unit has a portfolio of products and each round the customer demands and trading conditions can change.

The dilemmas which teams encounter are revealed through an unfolding narrative of management and ethical challenges in key leadership areas such as People, Innovation, Competition and Technology. These leadership topics can be drawn from a library of pre-existing content (including a Post-Covid Business Restart Simulation) which can be quickly adapted for your organisation.
