Our Crisis Management scenarios can be used off-the shelf or tailored for your organization. Examples include a Crisis on a Cruise Ship and a major Cyber Security Incident. They can be played and debriefed in 90-120 minutes and are suitable for small and large groups (>100 participants).

The Simulations are played in teams and as well as being excellent for team-building and networking events develop skills in key areas such as managing conflicting values, balancing stakeholders, customer focus, delivering under time pressure and agility in reacting to unexpected change.

These Simulations can also be used in conjunction with our booklet “Great in a Crisis” which offers a practical approach for leaders and teams to manage their way out of a crisis.

Crisis Management Simulations consist of 3 integrated components:

An unfolding scenario which is displayed on a large screen over the entire course of the Simulation.

A supporting Mobile App which allows participants to record their decisions in response to the scenario as it develops, maintains a real-time leaderboard of their performance and allows instant feedback to be recorded and analysed at the end of the Simulation.

Supporting papers, props and processes which enhance the participant experience.
