As the leadership team participants are responsible for marketing, selling (via dealers) and manufacturing different vehicles into different geographic / sectoral markets over 4 accounting periods.
Participants must manage key industry issues such as marketing, customer service, pricing, dealer support, co-ordination of manufacturing, currency fluctuations and CO2 emissions/regimes.
At the beginning of each accounting period participants must also react to events in external markets and also internal company issues.
