Manage is a Operational Excellence Simulation which allows participants to be the management team of any kind of autonomous business unit. Manage is an award-winning flexible simulation engine which can be tailored to organisations as diverse as business enterprises, government departments, retail stores, airports, cruise ships, hotels, hospitals, start-up ventures or even ski resorts! The results of MANAGE can be financial such as profit and loss or non-financial such as the number of patients treated or passengers transited. Each round teams must decide how to prioritise time and scarce resources to achieve their results.
